We all know that. 'on paper/current form,' means shit when it comes to West Ham. But regardless, you have to be thinking that between now and Chelski on Boxing Day we should be picking up a serious number of points!

Burnley (a) W
Man City (h) L
Stoke (a) D
Villa (h) W
Everton (a) L
Newcastle (h) W
W.Brom (a) W
Swansea (h) W
Sunderland (a) D
Leicester (h) W

20 out of a possible 30. Should see us sitting quite comfortable around 7th/8th on 31pts in time for the trip to Stamford Bridge. That'd do me"

Good to see we still have some negative buggers around!! ;o)

I'll be extremely surprised if we don't beat Burnley for starters. Their defence looks a little slow and static and Sakho and Valencia may have a field day.

If we get that, my POINTS bet will be looking very rosy.

It's not that I don't think we're capable of getting 20 from 30, but i'm just waiting for the next major batch of injury setbacks.

If we can keep everyone fit, we'll be flying high I reckon.

Gold0 reckons we'll have a fully fit squad other than Carroll for Burnley.

Re: Next 10 Games
Bit generous that but a continuing momentum can only be a good thing. Why I'm smalls gutted we have another shitty international break. Would love to be going Burnley this weekend and looking to grab all 3 points.

Re: Next 10 Games
On current form and with the returning players, I think we can pick up a decent amount of points against all these teams other than City and if we can put a good run together, we will also go into the Chelsea and Arsenal games with momentum and may scrape one or 2 points out of those games.

Would be lovely to be sitting around 5th or 6th position come then.

Exciting times potentially but this is West Ham but we are long over due some excitement!

Re: Next 10 Games
Rose tinted specs on for it, but we look as good a team as I can remember in years!
All about momentum, and Valncia's done everyting other than score a few more.

Strength in depth is a phrase I've not heard banded about the Boleyn for a fair old while either.
On the one hand, I'm pissed we've got the break before Burnley. On the other though, if we've got a full squad to choose from, the players coming back are going to be chomping at the bit to get in the team whilst the ones who've snuck in will want to stay. Can't be a bad thing!

Knowing us we will lose to Burnley and then beat City.

I reckon 15 (minimum) from 30

I'd be happy with mid-table (8th - 14th) halfway through the season especially after last season when it looked as though we were almost certainties for the drop

Agreed, it would be nice to keep the momentum going and get up to Burnley full of confidence but at least the break gives us a chance to get Noble and Kouyate back and the possibilty to take an even stronger squad up there.

Swapping a couple of the results around, think I nailed this. Called us being on 31pts after today, back in October and we are!
What's more, I put this to a Yid, Gooner and Scouser at the time, all of whom laughed me out the park. Cunts!

Being right never felt so good!

Re: Next 10 Games
good call

The 7th/8th as opposed to 4th says a lot about the league this year.
